How It Works

Getting Started

Every home is different and needs unique care. Our first step will be to go through the home with you and create a custom checklist for your home that our team will carry out each visit. While you are away we will communicate any issues and send photos if neccessary.

Your Home's Point Person

While you are away we will be your key holder. We will be the point person for any alarm, police, fire, neighbors, etc. We will also manage any deliveries your home may need.

Having guests stay at your home? We will make sure your house is ready for them and greet them with the keys.

Storm & Freeze Prep

When a storm is coming we will prep your home for it by carrying out the custom storm checklist that we will create with you before you leave. We can also take any photos before or after the storm for your insurance company.
