Surv Membership Terms of Use

Welcome to our Surv Membership! We are excited to offer you a valuable way to care for your home and to be connected with so many great people that are part of the community we are building here with Surv. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully to understand the details of your Membership.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Rent Sons Inc. DBA Surv ("Surv", "we" or "us"). The following terms (collectively, these "Surv Memberships Terms of Use"), govern your use of the membership offered by Surv (the "Memberships"). You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use by purchasing a membership. Use of the terms "you" or "your" in these Terms of Use, as the context requires, means and includes the person or entity on whose behalf the Memberships are being procured (the "User"). User is fully responsible for compliance with these Terms and Surv Terms and Conditions as the membership is utilized for services.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
As a Member, you are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Discounted Rates: Enjoy discounted rates on select products and services.
  • Priority Booking: Receive priority access to book appointments, reservations, or other services with a 2-business day turnaround for jobs 2 hours or less.
  • Additional Perks: Have access to exclusive promotions, special events, or additional benefits as determined by Surv including our HomeWatch Program.

MEMBERSHIP DURATION
We offer multiple membership options:

  • Monthly Memberships: Valid for 30 calendar days from the date of enrollment and will automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Seasonal Memberships: Valid for 90 calendar days from the date of enrollment and will automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Annual Memberships: Valid for 12 calendar months from the date of enrollment and will automatically renew unless canceled.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
We want to be transparent with our pricing. As an added benefit, Surv will never change or increase the pricing of your membership without your prior knowledge as long as your membership consistently remains active with us. Members will be billed according to the following:

  • Monthly Membership Fees: Billed on a monthly basis as stated at the time of enrollment.
  • Seasonal Membership Fees: Billed seasonally as stated at the time of enrollment.
  • Annual Membership Fees: Billed annually as stated at the time of enrollment.

GRANDFATHERED PRICING
In the event that our membership pricing is updated, Monthly and Seasonal To-Do List members on former plans will continue to be billed at the rate at which they originally signed on. However, any additional credit hours needed to complete projects will be billed at the current rates set for the equivalent monthly plan. If the membership plan is canceled at any point, the former member will not be eligible to sign up for the membership plan at the old rate. These individuals may sign on for membership at the current value only. We reserve the right to adjust this policy.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
At Surv, we place a high value on the success of every customer and member that uses our services. We understand that our Membership program may not be a perfect fit for everyone, which is why we have established clear policies for payment and refunds. Our policies are designed to ensure that you have a positive experience with us, and we are committed to making any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Regarding payment, we offer several convenient options to fit your needs. You can choose to pay monthly, seasonally, or annually, whichever is most convenient for you. We also offer standard automatic renewal options to ensure that your Membership remains active without interruption.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your Membership, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances of your cancellation. Our team is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our policies or your Membership. We are committed to making your experience with us a positive one.

  • Payment: Membership fees will be charged to the payment method provided by the Member at the time of enrollment. Payment methods can be updated upon request.
  • Refunds for Monthly or Seasonal To-Do List Memberships:
    • Refund Eligibility: Members may request a refund within the first seven (7) days of initial enrollment as a member if they are not satisfied with the membership. Any hours on the account that would otherwise be credited toward future jobs will not be refunded and must be used within the subscription year.
      • Refund Process: To request a refund, members must contact a Surv representative. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refunds for Annual To-Do List Memberships:
    • Refund Eligibility: Members may request a refund within the first thirty (30) days of an enrollment period if they are not satisfied with the Membership.
      • Refund Calculation: Refunds will be calculated by deducting the value of the services utilized during the Membership period from the annual fee paid.
      • Refund Process: To request a refund, members must contact a Surv representative. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will be paid by check.
  • Refunds for Surv+ Memberships:
    • Refund Eligibility: Members may request a refund within the first (30) days of enrollment if they are not satisfied with the membership. The customer is not eligible if the individual has booked and completed a job with Surv under the membership.
    • Refund Process: To request a refund, Members must contact a Surv representative. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will be paid by check.

CANCELLATION
We understand that things can change. Here is our policy for cancellation:

  • Monthly & Seasonal Memberships: Members may cancel their Membership at any time by providing advance notice to Surv.
    • Auto-Renewal: Annual memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled.
    • Cancellation Deadline: Members must cancel their Membership at least twenty-eight (28) days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership term.
    • Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, please notify a Surv representative as soon as you would like to cancel.
  • Annual Memberships: Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to Surv.
    • Auto-Renewal: Annual memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled.
    • Cancellation Deadline: Members must cancel their membership at least twenty-eight (28) days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership term.
    • Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, please notify the member manager as soon as you would like to cancel.

PAUSING MEMBERSHIPS
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to take a break from your membership. That's why we offer a pause option to ensure that you can keep your benefits while taking the time you need. When paused, members will not accrue additional hours, but are eligible to use any remaining hours in their credit bank. If booking a job while paused, members may use up any accrued hours, but must pay the non-member rate or resume their membership if additional hours are needed.

  • A membership can be paused only if it was active for six months without a break. If you have been an active member for six months or more, you are eligible to pause your membership.
  • A membership can be paused for a maximum of six months. During this time, you will not be charged for your membership, and you will keep your current benefits. However, please note that your membership will continue billing six months from the pause date unless you indicate otherwise. This means that you will need to resume your membership or cancel it by the end of the six-month period to avoid being charged again.

ROLL OVER POLICY
As a member, you have the ability to roll-over hours. This is an exclusive policy only available to To-Do List members who are registered on either a monthly, seasonal, or annual subscription plan.

  • For monthly or seasonal To-Do List Members, any hours that accumulate in their account can be used at any time within a year from the start of their subscription. However, it is important to note that these hours cannot be carried over to the next subscription year and must be utilized within that timeframe; otherwise, they will be forfeited.
  • Similarly, annual To-Do List Members can use their hours at any time within the year from the start of their subscription. Like their monthly counterparts, annual members must also use their hours within the prescribed timeframe as hours cannot be rolled over to the subsequent subscription year.

GENERAL
Here are some additional details to know:

  • Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and Members regarding the Membership and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
